Our merchandise generally runs true to size, however fit is based upon personal preference. For example, our denim is a very slim fit and for a more relaxed fit we recommend sizing up.

The "T" in 1T - 8T stands for Toddler Sizing. There is overlap between the size ranges mainly because all children come in different shapes and sizes and do not grow the same. For example, a "4" in little kids sizing is going to fit slimmer than a 4T and a 2T is going to fit slimmer than a 24 months in baby/infant sizing. The silhouette for 24-month sizes is rounder and usually ideal for a baby of any age who might still be crawling, while size 2T clothes are intended for early walkers. The silhouette is less round and more upright to allow for easier movement as your little toddler starts to really get around.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned back to us. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

Merchandise returned after 14 days and before 30 days of received date are only eligible for store credit.

Merchandise cannot be returned and/or exchanged after 30 days of received date.

Merchandise must be Unworn, Unused, Unwashed in Original Garment Bag with tags attached

Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.

If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that used a promotional codes given out by our newsletter emailing services are considered to be sale items since it is using a code for a discounted price. These orders and items purchased in these orders are non-returnable.

Once a package leaves Haus of JR's warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact support@hausofjr.com.

Was I charged more than once?

What you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization (a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity). Depending on your bank, pending authorizations on your account will clear within 3 - 7 business days. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Why won't my discount/credit code work?
